Just tried an apple cider vinegar hair rinse. It supposed to smooth out the cuticle, cut the frizz. So I put around 2 tbsp of the apple cider vinegar into a plastic squeeze bottle and filled the rest with water. I read to use apple cider vinegar with the “mother” – Bragg’s is a good brand. You can also add a little lavender essential oil if you’d like – one that is safe to apply to the skin.

After conditioning hair and rinsing it, squeeze out the apple cider vinegar onto the hair. Be careful not to get into your eyes. It’s easy to do with the squeeze bottle. For dry hair, leave on 30 secs to 2 mins and then thoroughly rinse out. For oily hair, you can leave on for 1-2 mins.

If your hair is dry, you may want to do this 1 or 2 times a month. If oily, 2 times a week or so.

My hair feels a little better and smoother.
