Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2-4 tbsp maple syrup, depending on sweetness desired
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 4 cups boiling water
Directions:
- Steep the ginger in boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Add the maple syrup and lemon juice. Stir.
This drink is good hot or cold! Throw it in a glass with lots of ice.
