Ginger tea is delicious, as well as bringing you the healthy goodness of fresh ginger, maple syrup and lemon juice! A great drink for anyone singing or speaking. This drink made its mark in recording studios world over, yet it is super satisfying out on the back porch on a hot day. Really we could go on and on about this great tea!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2-4 tbsp maple syrup, depending on sweetness desired
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 4 cups boiling water

Directions:

  1. Steep the ginger in boiling water for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the maple syrup and lemon juice. Stir.

This drink is good hot or cold! Throw it in a glass with lots of ice.
