Ginger Peanut Sauce – a dipping sauce or glaze for tofu, noodles, etc.


  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or bragg’s amino acids, tamari sauce)
  • 1/3 cup warm water


  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Serve as a dipping sauce for tofu or anything else that you would like.
