Ginger Peanut Sauce – a dipping sauce or glaze for tofu, noodles, etc.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or bragg’s amino acids, tamari sauce)
- 1/3 cup warm water
Directions:
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Serve as a dipping sauce for tofu or anything else that you would like.
