Mashed Sweet Potatoes (vegan) |

Great for the holidays, a colorful dish
Ingredients:
- large sweet potatos or yams
- 1 tablespoon butter or buttery spread
- 1 Tablespoon sugar or agave syrup
- 1/4 milk or unsweetend soymilk
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions:
- Bake the potatoes for an hour in the oven at 375 degrees.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until nice and smooth.
