Tasty with hints of mustard.


  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil. (yummy likes a bit of a tartness, so he uses 1/4, but you may like it with a little less tartness, so use more if you do
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, any type really will will work, though I think we prefer a french whole seed mustard if available at the time


  1. Mix well in a salad decanter/shaker.

This is a nice dressing with of touch of class.
