Pizza with Olives, Onions, and Peppers

 
 

After getting your pizza dough in order, let's make a delicous pizza. If you make this with vegan cheese or no cheese, you can enjoy a vegan pizza.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 red or green pepper thinly sliced, width-wise
  • 1 cup black olives or calamata olives, whole or sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup tomato or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, optional

Directions:

  1. Pour the tomato sauce into the middle of the crust and spread evenly across pie.
  2. Distribute cheese evenly across pie.
  3. Add all your desired toppings (pepper, onion, olives, etc.)
  4. Cook at 500° for 12-15 minutes.
