Yum, Sugar cookies. Bake 'em 12 minutes for crispy or 7 minutes for soft!

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• Cinnamon Sugar sprinkles

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

4. Drop the cookies by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with cinnamin sugar.
5. Flatten cookies a little with a fork.
6. Bake for 7 (soft cookies) or 11 (hard cookies) minutes!
