This vegan sour cream recipe is dang good. This is very affordable and has a good tangy quality. Easy to make up in a second if you’ve got the tofu on the shelf and a lemon in the house. Give this sour cream recipe a go on chili, baked potatoes and anywhere you’ve been missing it!
- 1 container silken tofu
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp water
- Add tofu and lemon juice to blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until thoroughly blended.
- Add water as desired – to thin as desired.
It’s dang good.
