Tasty. Good for the liver or so I am told!
Ingredients:
Group 1
- 3/4 cup sweetened hemp milk (or whatever non dairy milk you like)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or whatever non dairy milk you like)
- 1 small beet
- 3 inches cucumber
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 leaves of kale, stem removed
- 1 apple, core removed
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced (more or less to your desire!)
- 2 tsp flax oil
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 4 shakes black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh tumeric root, peeled
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Group 2
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Chop, if necessary, and add Group 1 items in the blender, blend on medium for 30 seconds.
2. Chop, if necessary, and add Group 2 items to the blender and blend on high for 40 seconds.
3. Enjoy.
