Tasty. Good for the liver or so I am told!

Ingredients:

Group 1

  • 3/4 cup sweetened hemp milk (or whatever non dairy milk you like)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or whatever non dairy milk you like)
  • 1 small beet
  • 3 inches cucumber
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 leaves of kale, stem removed
  • 1 apple, core removed
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced (more or less to your desire!)
  • 2 tsp flax oil
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 4 shakes black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh tumeric root, peeled
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Group 2

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:

1. Chop, if necessary, and add Group 1 items in the blender, blend on medium for 30 seconds.
2. Chop, if necessary, and add Group 2 items to the blender and blend on high for 40 seconds.
3. Enjoy.
