  vegan waffle recipes

Waffles (vegan)

 
 

Waffles make me glad to be alive.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • maple syrup!

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the milk, oil and vanilla and mix together (do not overmix - just mix lightly - some small lumps are okay)
  3. Pour mixture into oiled and heated waffle griddle.
  4. EAT! with delicous heated maple syrup.
