  vegan waffle recipes

Waffles (vegan)

 
 

Waffles make me glad to be alive.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups soy milk or rice milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs or egg replacer (either buy it or recipe here)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • maple syrup!

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into oiled and heated waffle griddle.
  4. EAT! with delicous heated maple syrup.
