Waffles (vegan) |

Waffles make me glad to be alive.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups soy milk or rice milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs or egg replacer (either buy it or recipe here)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- maple syrup!
Directions:
- In large bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into oiled and heated waffle griddle.
- EAT! with delicous heated maple syrup.
Yum, double Yum.
