Gamasio – tastes great and is high in calcium, iron, vitamins a and b!
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1. Toast the seeds in a skillet on low heat until they are golden brown, begin to pop and have a nutty aroma.
2. Blend cools seeds and sea salt in a blender – a few quick bursts. Make sure you don’t blend too much or it will be too thick!
