The most thickest, easiest to make, and delicious non-dairy creamer. You can add less water 1:1 ratio for an even thicker creamer for coffee. The beauty of this, besides being delish, is that there is no soaking of the nuts required or any straining of the pulp. No waste at all – all of the cashews are used.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cashews
  • 3 cups water – this is a 1:1.5 ratio of cashews to water
  • maple syrup to taste – 1 tsp to 1 tbsp, optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla, optional

Directions:

  1. Combine cashews and water in high powered blender (Yes, NO soaking!)
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Until it is smooth as silk.

  3. Add the other ingredients (to desired sweetness and flavor) and stir or blend gently.


Use it as creamer, milk substitute, smoothie base, or a refreshing creamy drink.
