Creamy non-dairy mac and cheese – easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup spiral pasta
  • 4 oz Treeline Scallion Cashew Cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegan milk. We used Oatly oatmilk – regular
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Start to cook the pasta.
  2. While that’s happening, add olive oil and non-dairy milk to pan – stir and heat. Bring to simmer and add the Treeline cheese and stir until well incorporated. Remove from heat.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the cheese mixture and enjoy.

What a delicious vegan mac and cheese recipe – plant-based and we are all happy now.
