Creamy non-dairy mac and cheese – easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup spiral pasta
- 4 oz Treeline Scallion Cashew Cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan milk. We used Oatly oatmilk – regular
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Start to cook the pasta.
- While that’s happening, add olive oil and non-dairy milk to pan – stir and heat. Bring to simmer and add the Treeline cheese and stir until well incorporated. Remove from heat.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add the drained pasta to the cheese mixture and enjoy.
