Tangy and Sweet. Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 5 inches cucumber
- 3 leaves of kale, stem removed – or 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 apple, core removed
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp ginger, minced (more or less to your desire!)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or whatever non dairy milk you like)
Directions:
1. Chop and peel items into 1 inch pieces, and add items to the blender. Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
2. Enjoy.
