Tangy and Sweet. Serves 2.

Ingredients:

  • 5 inches cucumber
  • 3 leaves of kale, stem removed – or 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 apple, core removed
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced (more or less to your desire!)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or whatever non dairy milk you like)

Directions:

1. Chop and peel items into 1 inch pieces, and add items to the blender. Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
2. Enjoy.
