Yum. We could drink this every day. Sweet, slightly spicy, yeah — good stuff and think of the health benefits. I, for one, love ginger.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced (more or less to your desire!)
- 1/4 cup of juice (mango is good)
- 1/4 cup soy or rice milk
- couple of ice cubes
Directions:
1. Put all the items in the blender, blend away.
2. Add more juice, rice or soy milk, ice cubes until you get the consistency you like.
3. Enjoy.
