Yum. We could drink this every day. Sweet, slightly spicy, yeah — good stuff and think of the health benefits. I, for one, love ginger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe frozen banana, sliced
  • 1-2 tsp ginger, minced (more or less to your desire!)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk (almond, hemp, cashew)

Directions:

1. Put all the items in the blender, blend away.
2. Add more non-dairy milk or even ice cubes until you get the consistency you like.
3. Enjoy.
