Great for the holidays, a colorful dish


    large sweet potatos or yams

  • 1 tablespoon butter or buttery spread
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar or agave syrup
  • 1/4 milk or unsweetend soymilk (vegan)
  • pinch of nutmeg


  1. Bake the potatoes for an hour in the oven at 375 degrees.
  2. Peel the potatoes.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until nice and smooth.
